Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, purchases, and expenses Perform cash, bank, and supplier reconciliations Manage and update inventory records and support stock reconciliation Operate and maintain EFRIS (Electronic Fiscal Receipting and Invoicing System) Ensure proper issuance and tracking of e-invoices and receipts Handle tax-related matters and liaise with URA (Uganda Revenue Authority) Assist in preparation and filing of VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns Support payroll processing and compliance requirements Prepare basic financial reports and maintain proper documentation Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA Level I or II is an added advantage Working knowledge of EFRIS and tax compliance procedures Familiarity with URA systems and processes is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity Good organizational and communication skills Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience (retail or supermarket experience is an added advantage) How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the 'Apply Here' section
