Sales Development Representative

Department : Sales & Marketing Department Reporting To: Business Development Manager Location: Head Office – Lubowa & Field Based About the Role: As part of strengthening our sales and marketing capacity, Linksat Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth across ICT, Power, fuel, Telecommunications, and Security system projects. Key Responsibilities: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, identify client needs, and suggest appropriate products/services to deliver sales targets. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing in the technology world Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Update, maintain, and analyze CRM information and ensure adequate and full reporting from the CRM for business decisions. Qualifications, Skills & Experience BSc or BA in Business/BCOM, Sales & Marketing, or Information Technology 1-3 years of work experience in the ICT, Telecoms, and Electrical power system sector 1-2 years valid driving permit for both motorcycles and motor vehicles is a MUST Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Experience with CRM software Personal Attributes: Strong learning and adaptability to new solutions and technologies.
