Job Purpose: To support the farm's financial strategy by analyzing potential investments, conducting market research, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize the company's asset portfolio and expansion projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of potential investment opportunities (e.g., new farm equipment, land acquisitions, diversification projects). Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast returns, cash flows, and risks. Perform industry and market research to identify trends and assess competitive positioning. Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders. Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular reports. Assist in the due diligence process for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships. Track and analyze the company's financial performance against budget and strategic goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
