Role Summary Support the HR team in recruitment, employee records management, performance monitoring, and staff engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in posting job ads and screening candidate applications. Help organize induction sessions for new hires. Maintain and update employee files and HR databases. Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave records. Assist in coordinating staff training and development programs. Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Qualifications Graduated in 2024 or later. Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong confidentiality, organization, and interpersonal skills.
