Background We are seeking a Guest Experience Host to deliver exceptional 5-star hospitality in a luxury lodge setting. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through warm hosting, personalised service, and attention to detail across meals, activities, and special occasions. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage guests throughout their stay Deliver personalised service and guest delight moments Coordinate sundowner experiences and special setups Create in-room surprises and occasion setups Support dining service and lodge operations Work closely with guides, kitchen, and housekeeping teams Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma or training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field from a recognized institution. Hospitality experience (luxury lodge/boutique hotel preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and presentation.
