Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality visual content, including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and effective design solutions. Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and enhance the visual representation of the company. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Provide input on design best practices and contribute to the development of brand strategies. Engage with clients to offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Engage in production as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphics, or any related field. At least 2 years of proven experience in graphic design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client care effectively. Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Additional Qualities: Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to adapt and stay updated with new design trends. Team player with good collaboration skills. Work on the Site Work place is Nasser Road Digital Complex, Kampala Monday to Saturday Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 8:30 pm Sat.
