Giftshop Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities · Perform opening and closing duties, including balancing the cash drawer and ensuring the facility is secure · Process sales accurately using the POS system and manage cash/mobile money transactions with high integrity · Assist with monthly stock takes, report low inventory levels, and ensure new deliveries are inspected and recorded · Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shop floor. Regularly restock shelves and ensure all items are correctly priced and labeled · Maintain a basic daily log of foot traffic, popular items, and customer feedback to help improve shop operations Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field · Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred · Strong organizational and communication skills · Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools for sales and inventory · Demonstrated honesty, sincerity, and reliability in professional conduct · Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively · High integrity and attention to detail How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the 'Apply Here' section
