Role Overview The FTTH Technical and Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for equipping field technicians, riggers, and patrol teams with both technical expertise (fiber deployment, splicing, troubleshooting, safety compliance) and soft skills (customer engagement, teamwork, communication, and professionalism). This dual focus ensures operational excellence, reduced support tickets, and improved customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Training Deliver structured training on FTTH deployment, splicing, OTDR testing, and fault resolution. Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation. Conduct hands-on workshops for new recruits and refresher sessions for existing staff. Ensure compliance with safety standards and SLA requirements. 2. Soft Skills Training Train teams on customer interaction, empathy, and conflict resolution. Build communication skills for reporting, documentation, and teamwork. Foster accountability, professionalism, and organizational identity. Coach staff on adaptability, stress management, and problem-solving. 3. Program Development Design quantifiable training modules with measurable outcomes. Collaborate with HR to align training with performance evaluation systems. Integrate feedback loops from NOC, support teams, and field supervisors.
