Key Responsibilities Mobilize and recruit clients within assigned areas and market segments. Conduct field assessments, group formation, loan appraisal, and verification of client information. Facilitate loan disbursement, monitor loan performance, and conduct regular follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of client files, loan documentation, and repayments. Ensure timely collection of loan installments while promoting a positive repayment culture. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting Uzima’s products and services. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Branch Manager. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration, Microfinance, Accounting, Social Sciences, Education, or any related field. A Bachelor's degree is an added advantage. Experience in field-based microfinance lending is an added advantage. Must be willing to work and travel extensively in rural and peri-urban communities. Strong communication, mobilization, and customer relationship management skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and results-oriented work ethic.
