Job Summary An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management:Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Communication Management:Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/externalstakeholders. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally. Meeting Coordination:Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of decisions. Document Preparation:Draft reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents with a high level of accuracy. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Project Support: Assist in managing executive projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Office Coordination:Oversee administrative processes and support smooth office operations.
