Car sales Agent

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Car Sales Agent based at our Kampala office. What you will do: Actively sell vehicles from our portfolio - including second-hand and repossessed cars Proactively call and follow up with leads - no waiting for clients to come to you Advise clients on makes, models, engine sizes, mileage, and market value Assess and communicate the technical condition of each vehicle honestly List vehicles on platforms such as jiji.ug and manage incoming inquiries Conduct test drives and physical inspections with potential buyers Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM What we are looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technical basics Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and in person Proactive attitude - able to generate and follow up on own leads Honest, reliable, and results-driven What we offer: Competitive base salary Commission per vehicle sold Office-based role in Kampala Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the 'Apply Here' section
