Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Lead stakeholder engagement and content development for the Workverse Virtual Reality (VR) platform. Co-create VR experiences with youth, artists, and institutional partners, ensuring cultural and thematic relevance. Design facilitation guides and session structures for immersive VR learning, social dialogue, and policy engagement. Support pilot testing, collect user feedback, and iterate content for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the VR Platform Customization Lead to align content with technical systems and national priorities. Contribute to adoption, scale-up, and sustainability of the Workverse as a tool for inclusive labour market development in Uganda.
