Summary of essential job functions Responsibilities To promote effective partnership between Clients, guards and the service providers in the area of operations. Oversee day to day operations of the branch staff, inspect supervisors’ sheets daily and have meeting with supervisors twice a week. Ensure morning meetings are carried out that is from Monday to Friday (8:00 to 9:00 am) To ensure full deployment of the branch, guard retention without desertion. To make collections when called upon, ensure all the money is banked ,latest by mid-day of the following day and share the receipt to Head Office. Making returns on a monthly basis to the respective districts ie Mbale.. Ensuring payment of utility bills like water, Electricity and other services at office. Coordinating with operations on new deployments and site surveys, closures and movement of riffles. Overseeing quality assurance that is the quality of services rendered to clients, conduct customer care feedback and do marketing function as well Overseeing fleet that is coordinating repairs and fuel consumption. Ensure all branch assignments have valid contracts. Handling disciplinary cases by overseeing disciplinary committee and where necessary refer them to HR for advice. Responsible of guards’ welfare that is advance, food allowance, accident and sickness, accommodation and liase with HR department in case of any challenge. Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports. Assist Finance in payment of guards in your region. Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Minimum requirements Must have good communicating skills to communicate, motivate, train, stimulate people Must be able to make plans for different groups of employees Must speak write and read English fluently Must go always for the best in the company’s views Must be trustworthy and honest Abilities required Must be a team player Must be flexible
