Operations Manager

Full-Time Other Key Responsibilities Oversee hardware, cement distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, stock control and profitability. Manage procurement, supplier relationships and inventory systems to prevent stockouts and minimize losses. Monitor operational performance, sales and financial records to support profitability and informed business decisions. Education & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 5 years Industry Experience: Hardware and building materials Additional Details  An MBA or strong finance background is highly preferred.At least 5 years of experience in operations management of construction materials, hardware, cement or related distribution businesses.
