Human Resource Officer

Donswift is hiring for a client in the Hospitality (Luxury Retreat) industry. Location: Mukono, Katosi Job Duties: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, etc., in line with company policies. Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, administering disciplinary processes, contract management, etc., in compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Coordinate staff development initiatives according to identified knowledge and skills gaps as well as industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the hospitality or a service-oriented industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws and best practices of human resource management.
