POST: SME Logbook Champions LOCATION: Across the Premier Credit Branch Network Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with Sales & Marketing background for the position of SME Logbook Champions in a dynamic and highly innovative financial institution, and responsible lending while empowering our clients to grow their businesses and livelihoods Qualifications & Experience; Education: Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or Business Administration. Experience in the payroll lending sector will be an added advantage. Skills: Integrity, analytical thinking, organizational skills, knowledge in credit activities, and computer literacy. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in credit, Sales and Marketing, preferably in a financial or insurance institution. Personal Attributes: Team player, self-starter, ability to work towards set targets, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. Age: Above 23 years. Additional: Creative problem-solving skills and self-driven in an aggressive sales target environment Key Responsibilities: The person should be in position to: Market the institution’s SME Logbook product to all potential clients in both existing and new markets who own motor vehicles. Provide advice to clients on borrowing & loan management in logbook financing. Loan portfolio monitoring and client retention. Solve clients’ problems promptly and escalate any unresolved queries. Meet the minimum sales targets for the week, month, and quarter. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Sales Agents. Evaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients according to institutional policies and procedures. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted to the Product Manager
