Since our founding in 1999, we have... read more Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Sales and Distribution Manager - Kampala Role Overview Deluxe Digital Advertising is looking for a Vibrant and Energetic Sales and Distribution Manager to spearhead our field operations in Kampala. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be on the ground, driving bulky sales for large-format printing, signage, and corporate branding. You won't just be managing from a desk; you will be leading your team of two in the field, closing deals with major corporate clients, event organizers, and distributors across the country. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership: Lead a team of two Sales Executives by example. Conduct daily field visits, set weekly targets, and ensure the team hits their KPIs. Bulk Sales & Distribution: Focus on "The Big Fish"—securing high-volume orders for corporate uniforms, mass signage rollouts, and large-scale event branding. Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network in Kampala’s business hubs to open doors for new partnerships. Target Achievement: Work under pressure to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Required profile for job ad : Sales and Distribution Manager - Kampala Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred). A Diploma in a business-related course is also acceptable with significant experience. Experience: * Proven track record in Sales and Distribution (ideally within Uganda). Experience leading a small sales team is highly desirable. Deep knowledge of the Kampala market and its key business players. Skills: Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication (English and Luganda is a plus). Resilience: Ability to handle the "pressure of the street" and production deadlines. Mobility: Must be willing and able to be in the field 80% of the time.
