Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is a strategic team leader with strong FMCG experience and a proven record of driving growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead marketing and field teams in Uganda. • Strong FMCG background (home care, personal care, insecticides, or similar categories). • Understand consumer buying behavior across Uganda. • Manage promoters and field teams to achieve targets. • Conduct market visits, shop audits, activations, and upcountry travel. • Deep understanding of traditional trade. • Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. • Handle competition from local and international brands. • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets. • Execute promotions, activations, campaigns, and in-store visibility. • Work closely with sales and management. • Energetic, results-oriented, flexible, and solution-driven. • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
