Position: Enrolled Nurse Location: Mondays Hope Medical Centre – Senene, Mpigi Employment Type: Full Time Academic Qualifications: Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution. Professional Qualifications: Valid registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council. Current practicing license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a primary healthcare setting. Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred. Special Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Compassionate, dedicated and patient-centered approach. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records are advantageous. Duties and Responsibilities: Providing holistic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. Assisting with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures. Administering medications as per prescribed protocols. Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes. Educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans. Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records. Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the clinical environment. Participating in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
