Responsibilities or duties Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment Provide friendly, attentive service to guests and ensure satisfaction Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report shortages Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Qualifications or requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Passion for coffee and hospitality Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience needed Previous barista experience preferred (2+ years)
