JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE WORKERS Position: Site Worker (Construction) Location: Project Sites (Various Locations) Employment Type: Contract / Project-Based Job Summary Karstbon Engineering Contractors Ltd is seeking reliable and hardworking Site Workers to support construction activities on our project sites. The role involves assisting skilled personnel and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in general construction activities (mixing concrete, carrying materials, site cleaning). Load and offload construction materials. Support masons, carpenters, welders, and technicians on site. Follow instructions from supervisors and engineers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site. Adhere to all health and safety (HSE) guidelines. Operate basic tools and equipment where required. Assist in site preparation and excavation works. Requirements Minimum of primary or secondary education . Previous experience in construction work is an added advantage. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Basic understanding of construction safety practices .
