Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities Supervise millers, sales assistants, and delivery drivers Support daily milling operations and ensure timely production Coordinate sales orders and deliveries Handle cash collection, banking, and basic expense tracking Maintain and prepare simple records and reports (sales, production, attendance) Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth workflow Support general day-to-day operations as required Qualifications and Requirements Diploma in Business, Management, or a related field Hands-on, practical, and willing to learn Honest, reliable, and well-organized Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to speak Luganda is an added advantage Must reside in or near Nsambya, Makindye, or surrounding areas How to Apply: All applications will be received and reviewed through the BrighterMonday Portal by clicking on the 'Apply Here' section
