Job Details Job Title: Laboratory Field Technician Location: Kampala (Wandegeya & Kansanga) Employment Type: Full-Time Number of Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities · Conduct field sample collection from partner clinics, hospitals, and home-based clients. · Ensure proper handling, labeling, transportation, and integrity of specimens. · Carry out marketing activities to promote Examina services to partner facilities and potential clients. · Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners. · Provide timely and accurate delivery of samples and diagnostic results. · Perform courier services and any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. · Maintain proper documentation of all field activities. · Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection prevention, and quality standards. · Ensure timely submission of daily and weekly field activity reports. Qualifications and Requirements · Minimum of a Certificate in Laboratory Science from a recognized institution. · Valid riding/driving permit (mandatory). · Experience in field sample collection and/or medical marketing is an added advantage. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. · High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. · Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and specimen handling. Work Conditions & Benefits · Work schedule: 6 days per week (as per duty roster). · Working hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. · Lunch allowance provided. · Company motorcycle provided for field operations.
